jeff McDevitt’s letter regarding the Acquisition of the Kaloko Trail gave some interesting history but the glaring omission is the condition of the forest because of the massive use it sees. The pressure the native species are under from the invasives is painfully obvious. The stewardship mentioned above is weak and has no teeth. This proposal DOES NOT PROTECT THE WATERSHED.
